Thank you all so much for your help!
I like #3. I like the way the photos overlap there and prefer that next layout.
ReplyDeleteI like the last one. I like the 3 tier but the other one hides a little of the grey sweater. I would say the last one which must be #5'. Senaf
ReplyDeleteI like #3 too. I like that the logo is the same orientation as your banner, and I actually like the closer clustering of the images.
ReplyDeleteI like #1 for the picture layout. I would just remove the tagline up by Caterpillar Knits...
ReplyDelete#6. The extra branch in some of them looks too cluttered. I like 3s, so the 3 pictures look best to me. And I like the space between the pictures.
ReplyDelete#6. It's a little cleaner and simpler, and all of the information in the ad kind of pops out at you, without having to search through the trees ;) to find it!
ReplyDeleteI like number one. Though I love the shawl, I am not crazy about the overlapping layout.
ReplyDelete#6 shows all three patterns very well
ReplyDelete#6. clean.
ReplyDeleteI like 7 with the pictures overlapping but not cutting off the gray sweater. I also think you need only use the verbage about earth friendly designs and yarn one time and it's about the yarn more than the designs being earth friendly.
ReplyDeleteI prefer #1 - showcases the images without looking too busy. The only caveat -I would replace "knit and crochet patterns with earth-friendly yarns" with your tagline as that leads well enough into your descriptors.
ReplyDeleteI like 2 and 6. I love all the little icons.
ReplyDeleteI like #5. just a slight overlap but you can see the entire picture- and the icons are just so cool. very coherent design, simple, but with all the info. would definately catch my attention.
ReplyDeletei like #6 looks clean
ReplyDeleteI like #5 - a tight design with one of my favorite patterns featured front in the upper part! good luck with the ad!!
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone for your comments! They were all a big help in helping me decide. Keep your eyes open in the next issue of Knitty.com to see which ad I choose.
ReplyDeleteThe winner of the free pattern is Lisa, who commented: "I like number one. Though I love the shawl, I am not crazy about the overlapping layout."
